The company management has a long working history in expert and management positions of large engineering offices and global industrial manufacturers. The work history also includes projects in machine safety as well as positions in the field of nuclear engineering.

Our way of working is divided such that the projects demanding wide range of knowledge and expertise are carried out in our own office. In other cases we offer our personnel to work in our customer’s organization to help them balance their need for skilled workforce. Inspections and visits to the production line or assembly location are part of the work to have the necessary on-site experience and feedback. We offer our personnel good training and education possibilities to develop and maintain skills. Trainings are held internally by our own personnel or externally by various training organizations.
